Multilink in Elyria, OH is seeking a manufacturing associate to prepare finished products by following blueprints, setting up jobs, and pulling inventory as directed. You will use hand tools and occasional air tools, while learning to operate saws, presses, and welders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain safety. Expect routine quality checks, packaging for shipment, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Blueprints read and follow job routers.
• Must have assembly skills and use hand tools/air tools.
• Able to operate or be trained on Bandsaw, Drill-press, Thermal press, Sonic welder.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and job routers.
• Identify and report material or quality issues.
• Set up jobs and pull correct inventory with guidance from lead.
• Test and inspect products before packing.
• Package and stack products for shipment using knife, tape and foam.
• Move inventory with a pallet jack.
• Communicate effectively with management and team.

Job description
