Job summary

Starbucks seeks a Shift Lead to lead the team during each shift, coach employees, and uphold the highest standard of customer service. The role fits a fun, fast-paced environment where coffee and people shine, and where you can lead by example with a positive, professional attitude.

Shifts are 1:00 PM–9:30 PM or 3:00 PM–9:30 PM, weekends and holidays required. Starting pay is $16.00/hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium, with pre-employment and random drug testing for safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions.
• Leads by example and treats customers and coworkers with respect.
