Job summary

Iowa 80 Truckstop INC in Walcott, IA is hiring a Shift Lead to guide the Starbucks team and deliver memorable customer experiences. The role rewards leadership, coaching, and a passion for great service.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium. Shifts available 1:00 PM–9:30 PM or 3:00 PM–9:30 PM; weekends and holidays required. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Someone who leads by example and treats both customers and coworkers with respect
