Target's Starbucks Barista position in the United States offers you a fast-paced, guest-focused role where you craft beverages and food to recipe specifications while delivering a friendly, helpful experience. You’ll work with the Food & Beverage team to keep product fresh, in stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and guest service, with training provided.

Qualifications

Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
Work both independently and with a team
Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

Create a friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need
Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
Follow food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness
Support Drive Up and OPU processes and maintain accurate orders
Work as part of the team to deliver fast, accurate service
