• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, using proper equipment; process transactions following best practices
• Offer product samples and inform customers about specials
• Provide customers with ordered products, ensuring correct portion sizes to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers to meet their needs
• Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales properly
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; report discrepancies
• Stay updated on promotions and advertisements
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues
• Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities to management
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
