• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and providing suggestions
• Gain and maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly
• Offer samples and inform customers about specials
• Ensure the freshness and proper portioning of products to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs
• Use all coffee shop equipment safely and correctly, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and safety procedures
• Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues
• Report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities to management
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
