Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in downtown Nashville near Broadway's honky-tonks and attractions, you will craft beverages, deliver warm hospitality, and create a welcoming start to guests' days.

This is a full-time role with benefits as part of SPIRE Hospitality's hotel family. You will handle beverage orders, manage payments, maintain a clean coffee shop, monitor inventory, and support a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Coffee Shop Attendant experience required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
