Job summary

Food City in Harrison, AR is hiring a Starbucks cafe associate to deliver prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, welcoming environment. You will take orders, prepare drinks, stock ingredients, and ensure recipes are followed.

As a team member, you will operate the POS system, handle cash transactions, and engage with customers with a friendly attitude. No prior coffee experience required, though Food Service/Coffee experience is a plus; must be 16+ and have a HS diploma or

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers’ satisfaction.
• Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety.
• Process cash register transactions using POS system.
• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Food City and Starbucks.
• Consistently operate and tools and equipment, following all routine and safety procedures.
• Follow company food safety program and food-handling procedures.
• Responsible for attending on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies

• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
