Minimum requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment, answer questions about products, and make suggestions.
• Knowledge of products sold within the department and store.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to help achieve store goals.
• Ability to prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
• Offer product samples, inform customers about specials, and recommend items.
• Ensure product quality, check sell-by dates, and prevent shrinkage.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Stay current with advertising and promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Report safety risks, accidents, or illegal activities to management.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
