STARBUCKS/BARISTA (Finance)



Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous comparable experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and responding to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
  • Preparing beverages according to recipes and customer requests, and processing transactions properly
  • Offering samples and informing customers about specials
  • Providing fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage
  • Recommending products to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Using equipment safely and preparing, packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients
  • Checking product quality and freshness, managing stock, and reporting discrepancies
  • Staying current with promotions and adhering to safety and food safety regulations
  • Performing preventive maintenance and reporting safety issues or incidents
  • Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts professionally
  • Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed

Salary Range: $16.91 - $24.15
