• Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products and make suggestions to customers
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, handle transactions professionally
• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
• Ensure product freshness and proper portioning to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs
• Use all equipment properly, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, scales, and steamers
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions
• Follow safety procedures, food safety regulations, and practice preventive maintenance
• Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities to management
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
