Qualifications

• Enrollment as a senior pursuing a Bachelor's in Media, Game Design, or related field.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with partners and peers.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Assist production team in all stages of licensed game production.
• Support weekly meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Archive build submissions and share builds with partners.
• Maintain production calendar with milestones and meetings.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with database integration and report generation.
• Play game builds to gather brand feedback.
