The Wellsville Group dba Ashley in Batavia, NY is seeking a Standing Lift Driver for the Batavia Distribution Center. This full-time role involves receiving and unloading shipments, verifying accuracy, and inspecting for damages while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive & unload incoming product while verifying shipment accuracy and inspecting for damages.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and equipment.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if certified).
• Operate a standing lift; pick/pull product up to 40 feet high.
• Adhere to all SOPs and achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
• Promote safety awareness with the team.

Standing Lift Operator

Full-time Regular BATAVIA DC, Batavia, NY, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Annually

Our Batavia, New York Distribution Center is hiring for Standing Lift Driver immediately! As a Standing Lift Driver, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of products, and inspecting for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while operating various equipment. The role also involves using standing lifts to pick and pull products up to 40 feet above ground level. A strong focus on safety and adherence to standard operating procedures is essential, with the goal of consistently meeting performance targets.

What We Offer

Desirable full-time schedule - Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Weekly pay – this position starts at $18/hour, with opportunity to advance to $19 after 90 days
Pay incentives –additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance & attendance. *As a standing lift operator, you have the potential to add up to $100/week to your paycheck

• Valid Driver’s License
• Prior lift experience, preferred
