Job summary

Aurora Distribution Center is hiring a Lift Operator to join our warehouse team in Aurora, OH. This full-time role involves receiving and unloading shipments, operating dollies, pallet jacks, standing lifts, and (where certified) forklifts, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will be tasked with pulling and packing furniture from storage up to 40 feet high, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and contributing to daily/weekly performance goals while enjoying weekly pay and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 100+ lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and operating a standing lift.
• Previous lift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred.
• Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments while verifying product accuracy.
• Operate equipment including dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and standing lifts.
• Pick and pull product from storage locations up to 40 feet above ground level.
• Safely move and handle furniture weighing 100+ lbs.
• Keep products, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Lift Operator

Full-time Regular AURORA DC, Aurora, OH, US

Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Annually

Looking for a steady schedule, weekly pay, and a job where you can grow? Our Aurora Distribution Center is looking for a Lift Driver to join our team immediately.

As a Lift Driver, you'll play an important role in getting products safely and efficiently where they need to go. You'll unload and receive incoming shipments, operate warehouse equipment, and pick and pull furniture from storage locations—including using a standing lift to reach products up to 40 feet above ground level.

If you're safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working on your feet, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to have you on the team.

• Weekly pay: Starting at$17/hour, with the opportunity to increase to$18/hour after 90 days
