Qualifications

• 2+ years of generator service or related technical field experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on standby generators, including inspections, oil changes, filter changes and tests.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, fuel and control system issues on residential and light commercial units.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and dispatch; maintain service tickets and reports.
• Manage parts, documentation, and scheduling with dispatch; operate in varied weather.
