Services include medical simulation and standardized patient programs.The Standardized Patient Program Specialist provides comprehensive support for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program within CSEAC. The individual serves as a primary point of contact within the SP program, providing direction and information to all faculty, learners, and staff and provides support for general or specialized areas for learners including undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, professional and independently practicing providers ensuring support throughout the educational cycle from entry to graduation and into professional practice. The individual provides operational and administrative support across SP program activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training logistics, and coordination of SP case materials developed by faculty. Coordinates formatting, version control, and timely distribution of SP case materials in alignment with curricular timelines.The role may include directing student employees and performing routine audits for compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
