Quanex, located in Rice Lake, WI, is hiring for a 1st Shift Standard Screens Assembler. The position offers Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime as needed during peak periods. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with annual pay increases opportunities.

You will operate and set up production equipment, manually fabricate screens, perform quality checks, and collaborate with teammates to meet targets. We provide training, benefits, and a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
• Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm| Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season.

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.
