Job summary

Quanex, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Sill Base Assembler - 1st Shift in Rice Lake, WI. Join a team-focused environment with hands-on production and learning opportunities.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime as needed. Starting hourly wage is $18.50, with annual pay increase potential and a strong benefits package including 401(k), ESPP, tuition support, and health and life insurance.

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
• Perform quality checks with attention to detail.
• Work with team to meet production targets and improve workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Quanex is looking for aSill Base Assembler - 1st Shift to join our team located inRice Lake, WI.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season.

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hrwith opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.
