Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Custom Screens Assembler - 2nd Shift for our Rice Lake, WI location. You will operate and set up production equipment to fabricate window screens, install cloth, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers Mon-Fri schedule 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour plus $3 per hour shift differential, with annual pay increases and a range of benefits including retirement and education support.

• Production and/or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attendance and reliability are important.

Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands‑on experience is preferred but not required
