Expect an hourly wage of $20.30 with a three‑and‑a‑half day workweek, Sunday to Tuesday mornings and a shorter Wednesday shift. Responsibilities include warehouse functions, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and maintain professionalism.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, and loading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
