As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate stand‑up high reach and dock lift equipment, handle candy products, and support distribution across the US. Training is provided, with benefits starting after 30 days and a company match on 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
