Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate stand-up reach forklift and manage dock lift.
• Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Provide on-the-job training and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to performance metrics and contract requirements.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations.
