Job summary

Kelly Services in Romeoville, IL is hiring an Operator 3, Forklift to support a premier manufacturing client. The role involves safely unloading inbound shipments, moving products, stacking and staging, and using RF equipment for inventory control.

OSHA certification is required with recertification every 3 years; a high school diploma is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely unloading inbound shipments and moving products to storage locations.
• Stacking and storing merchandise efficiently in designated areas.
• Pulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and types.
• Operating forklifts and other powered equipment to handle, move, load, and stage materials.
• Using RF equipment for inventory control and reporting.
• Maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Supporting building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Upholding all safety, food safety, and quality standards throughout daily operations.
