Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Aurora, IL is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Reach Truck Operator to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage items in a fast-paced warehouse. This role requires forklift experience (stand-up preferred), the ability to read and speak basic English, and the stamina to stand and lift in a warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11pm, on-site with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; stand-up experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read English clearly.
• Ability to stand, lift and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and Bendi forklifts to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks and stage materials.
• Supply materials to production and storage areas.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures.
