Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Richland, Mississippi, seeks a stand-up reach forklift operator to move products and materials in both cold and dry storage environments while following safety standards and company policies. You will put away palletized units, retrieve items for outbound shipment, record weights and counts in the RF system, and perform daily forklift maintenance.

The role requires lifting 40 lbs and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in cold storage.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor batteries, maintain and charge as required; house equipment properly.
