Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a forklift operator to move products and materials in climate-controlled facilities. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts to place pallets in racks and prepare outbound shipments, while following safety standards.

Qualified candidates will perform daily equipment checks, monitor batteries, and record materials using RF systems. You will work in a dynamic team environment with potential weekend shifts and mandatory PPE.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the charging station.
