Job summary

Lineage logistics operations require skilled forklift handling, accurate material tracking, and adherence to strict safety standards in both cold and dry storage areas. You will move, store, and prepare palletized goods for outbound shipments while maintaining equipment and records.

The role demands physical endurance, the ability to operate in noisy environments, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math accurately.
• Able to understand instructions in the official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20F/-25C) or hot dry storage (up to 100F/37C) with PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kgs; heavier weights as required by facility.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to work in variable noise conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move products, equipment, and materials using a stand-up reach forklift following safety standards and procedures.
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into high racks.
• Pick palletized units from above-floor-height racks and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain/clean batteries; return equipment to charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
