Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 1st shift forklift operator in Scranton. You will operate stand-up high reach and sit-down counterbalance forklifts, move products, and collaborate with a team to ensure safe, efficient handling of goods.

The role emphasizes reliability, consistency of hours, and weekend availability as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years of high reach experience and be comfortable in cold and dry storage environments while wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance.
• Ability to understand instructions in the primary language of the site.
• Willingness to work in varied temperatures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for rack placement.
• Pick palletized units from racks above floor height for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets or skids with a forklift.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
