Job summary

Lineage is seeking an experienced forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials while adhering to all safety standards and company policies. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts, record item data via RF systems, and perform routine maintenance as part of daily responsibilities.

You will work in varied storage environments, handle pallets, and collaborate with other machinery to ensure accurate inbound and outbound logistics.

Qualifications

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand instructions in the countrys official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Able to work in temperatures from -20 F/-25 C in cold storage to 100 F/37 C in dry storage with provided PPE.
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs/18 kgs.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries; leave equipment at charging station.
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
