Luttrell Staffing Group in Lebanon, TN is hiring Warehouse & Inventory Laborer positions at $18/hour. This full-time, temp-to-hire role runs Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm, with weekly pay and zero screening fees. Fast start date and on-site work at the site.

Job duties include receiving, picking, transporting, and organizing products, using RF scanners for inventory accuracy, stacking and packing orders, and maintaining proper shipping records. Safety PPE required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate different types of forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, transport, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and order accuracy.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper PPE use and equipment checks.
• Use Polisher to smooth out the edges of the door frames.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
