Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an Order Picker to join a warehouse team on the 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am, Monday–Friday) in Virginia. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift and accurately picking items to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities include updating inventory, packing prep, and maintaining clean equipment. Overtime may be available; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience driving a stand-up forklift.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and pallets.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders and select required items from warehouse shelves.
• Fulfill orders with correct item and quantity.
• Update inventory counts.
• Prepare containers and boxes for packing.
• Keep equipment and containers clean.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
• Assist with inventory movement throughout the warehouse.
