Job summary

Kloeckner Metals Corporation is seeking a Stand-up forklift operator to safely operate forklifts and perform warehouse duties. You will move materials, organize stock, and support inventory flows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory checks, and routine forklift maintenance. Candidates must hold a current stand-up forklift certification and be capable of following safety procedures with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Certification: Valid active stand-up forklift certification.
• Communication: Read, understand safety rules and manuals; communicate effectively.
• Mathematics: Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Instruction Compliance: Follow written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift safely to move materials.
• Perform warehouse/material handling duties and transport loads to designated areas.
• Maintain organized material storage by size and grade for easy retrieval.
• Inventory materials on the floor and supply workers as needed.
• Inspect materials for damage or shortages and report findings.
