About the Position
The Stand Up Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment, as well as related equipment, to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as reach, slip‑sheet, push/pull equipment, and drive‑in pallet racking to move products or materials.
- Load, unload, and store products and materials safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Stack and transport materials to designated areas following safety and accuracy standards.
- Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
- Operate a WMS inventory system and complete related paperwork.
- Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts as required.
- Conduct daily safety inspections per the forklift safety checklist.
- Maintain facility readiness for FDA and customer inspections.
- Report incidents to supervisor and perform housekeeping duties to support the 6S program.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and systems.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of prior stand‑up forklift operating experience.
- Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain a forklift operator license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Pass background and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.

No travel requirements.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Warehouse setting – Able to stand for extended periods; walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products, unload trailers manually, and replenish items from various heights.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
