Job summary

Sawyer Staffing is seeking an experienced LTL Puller with stand-up forklift-operating expertise to join our warehouse team in Simpsonville, SC. The role focuses on pulling, loading, and unloading freight, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.

Responsibilities include operating stand-up forklifts and other equipment, using RF scanners and WMS, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory control. A valid license, drug screen, and clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners for order processing.
• Knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Experience in warehouse distribution, picking & packing, or stock management preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Clean background required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks safely to load and unload shipments.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to pick, pack, and process orders.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, verify contents against documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing with attention to detail.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
