Job summary

Finlays Solutions in the United States is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to support CPS Warehouse and Production Teams. You must operate a counterbalance stand-up forklift safely, move pallets, and perform safety checks.

Responsibilities include labeling pallets, using pallet jacks, maintaining clean workspace, coordinating with departments, and documenting activities. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of standup forklift operating experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to read English SOPs and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in warehouse and production areas.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies.
• Create pallet labels in inventory for production tracking.
• Move packaging and finished goods using pallet jack.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow GMP/SOP/SQF/HACCP policies.
• Communicate with departments to coordinate tasks and priorities.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
