Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Stand up/High Reach Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in our Operations department. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and pays $18.00 per hour.

Duties include safely loading and unloading products, stacking, counting, and moving items with a stand-up/ high-reach forklift. The right candidate will possess a forklift license, be able to operate RF handheld scanners, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate controlled environment while adhering

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Ability to use a handheld RF scan device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up/high-reach forklifts to load and unload products.
• Ensure accuracy in product counting and stocking per SOPs.
• Follow safety policies and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and contribute to teamwork across departments.
