Allen Distribution in Carlisle, PA is hiring a Stand up forklift operator for the 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm). You will load/unload goods, move items within a non-climate controlled warehouse, and support accurate inventory handling.

Ideal candidates can obtain a forklift license, operate handheld RF scanners, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safety and quality. Commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods using forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor.
