Ferguson Enterprises is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator for a day shift with no weekends. The role is full-time and direct-hire at Ferguson facilities in Fulton, MS. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with full benefits from day one.

You will operate a stand-up forklift, use RF/Voice tech to pick orders, build pallets, verify incoming material, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operations is a plus; training provided.
• Must be dependable, detail-minded and safety-conscious.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pull outbound customer orders.
• Use RF and Voice technology to pick, sort, scan and prep orders.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
