Position Title:

Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator

Compensation:

$19.50/hour (starting pay) – Pay range: $15.00 - $21.42 hourly. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; No weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull outbound customer orders.
• Use RF and Voice technology to pick, sort, scan, and prep orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and on time.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and accident‑free.
• Follow all HSE safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus; we train the right person.
• Dependable, positive, and ready to work.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Team player who takes safety seriously.
