Job summary

Allen Distribution in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Stand up/High Reach Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with OT as needed). You will operate powered equipment to load/unload and move product, count inventory, and maintain safety and accuracy in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

The role requires obtaining and maintaining a forklift license, using a handheld RF scanner, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to operate a handheld RF scan device.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Use of power equipment to load and unload product.
• Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Adhere to safety and SOPs and report issues promptly.
• Meet productivity standards for the assigned account.
