Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Minnesota is seeking a Reach Truck Operator (Stand-Up Forklift) for the 2nd shift. You will operate high-rack, narrow-aisle equipment in a freezer environment and support receiving, storing, and loading finished products.

The role requires temperatures from -10°F to 100°F and adherence to GMPs and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and collaboration with QA, Customer Service, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or ability to be certified.
• Experience in freezer or cold-storage environments.
• Experience with inventory systems / WMS.
• Experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with RF scanners/handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (Sit Down, Stand-Up Forklifts and Pallet Jacks).
• Receive, store, stage, and load finished products with inventory accuracy.
• Check pallet, product conditions, lot numbers and quantities during receipts and transfers.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures and company policies.
• Conduct cycle counts and report variances to Supervisor.
