Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a High Reach Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift at our Luverne, MN facility. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts to move pallets, load and unload materials, and prepare goods for outbound shipments while following all safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in cold storage or dry storage environments, RF system use, and flexibility to work weekends if needed. A safe, team-oriented workplace with ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and storage conditions
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklift to move products and materials
• Put away palletized units into racks above floor height
• Pick palletized units from rack locations for outbound shipment
• Record materials, weights, counts, and item condition in RF system
• Perform daily forklift maintenance/checks and monitor battery charge
