Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC in Lakeville, MN is hiring a Forklift Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products with sit-down and stand-up forklifts and RF scanners.

Under supervision, you will load/unload freight, stack/store merchandise, check for accuracy/damage, and label/pack as directed. You must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage and infestation.
• Operate equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards (forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks).
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
