Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Plainfield, IN. Responsibilities include operating Reach Truck and Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, picking and staging of materials.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience, specifically counterbalance.
• Experience operating an RF scanner.
• Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments (Cooler 35°F–45°F, Freezer 4°F).
• Minimum 1 year operating both forklift types.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pull, stage, and load materials for outbound shipments.
• Accurately pick and scan products using RF scanners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues as needed.
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as assigned.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAND UP FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN PLAINFIELD, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for operating both a Reach Truck and an Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory movement, picking, and staging of materials.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Up to $17.25/hour, paid weekly
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday
• Located in Plainfield, IN
