Job summary

Staffmax in Indianapolis is seeking reliable and safety-focused equipment operators to join our warehouse team. The role requires experience operating Order Picker and Reach Truck forklifts in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

You will inspect equipment, pick and stage orders, use RF scanners or WMS to track inventory, and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Order Picker and Reach Truck forklifts; certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads as required.
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain safety mindset.
