Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Use handheld RF scanners to support inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and warehouse transactions.
• Load and unload trailers while following safety procedures and standards.
• Perform inbound receiving activities and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with policies.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily productivity and quality objectives.
• Lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as required.

Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our growing team in the Omaha, NE area.
MUST HAVE recent stand-up reach truck experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment, supporting receiving operations, and ensuring products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to safely move, stack, load, unload, and transport products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy to support inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and warehouse transactions.
• Load and unload trailers while adhering to established safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Perform inbound receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and housekeeping standards.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence in all warehouse activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and Supply Chain quality standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve daily productivity, quality, and service objectives.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the work shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as required by operational needs.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, materials, and warehouse technology devices.
• Ability to work effectively in hot and cold warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
