CoWorx Staffing Services in Belvidere, NJ, is seeking a PIT/Forklift Operator for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity. You will operate lift trucks, use RF scanners to track inventory, and handle inbound receiving with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse and forklift experience, certified in safe operation, and flexibility for overtime. Join a team dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse experience and forklift operating experience required.
• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
• Load and unload trailers as needed while following established safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an understanding of and comply with Supply Chain quality policies and operational requirements.
• Perform inbound receiving processes, including verifying shipments and accurately processing inventory receipts.

Location:

Belvidere, New Jersey

Shift Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with an initial 3 to 4 weeks of training conducted from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
