Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift & Order Picker Specialist for the Weekend Shift in Gretna, NE. You will safely operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers, log inventory with RF scanners, and support dock and receiving operations on a 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of PIT-experienced distribution/manufacturing work and must pass a PIT test. This metal-free facility emphasizes 7S and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload outbound/inbound trailers, verify shipments against manifests, and manage dock processes.

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift & Order Picker Specialist to drive operational excellence on our Weekend Shift team. What you’ll do as a core contributor to our weekend logistics operation: Equipment Mastery: Safely and expertly operate stand‑up forklifts and order pickers to lift, stack, move, and stage inventory at varying heights. Precision Inventory: Use handheld RF scanners to track, audit, and log inventory movements, ensuring near-100% data accuracy. Dock & Receiving Operations: Efficiently load and unload outbound/inbound trailers, verify shipments against manifests, and execute dock processes. 7S & Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe, pristine workspace by actively participating in our 7S program and enforcing site quality policies.

Experience: 1+ year of verified experience operating stand‑up forklifts and order pickers in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
