Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks energetic forklift operators to join our warehouse operations. You will load and unload materials, safely operate stand-up forklifts, and support production teams to maintain efficiency and quality.

Candidates should have stand-up forklift experience or be willing to train and certify. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior stand-up forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision.
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and follow all safety protocols.

What Youll Be Doing

• Load & Unload with Precision
• Safely operate stand up forklifts to move materials and loadunload trailers supporting our production teams
• Safety First
• Always Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift
• Sort & Support
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met
• Keep It Moving
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay Clean & Organized
• Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace
• Lift & Move
• Be ready for physical work occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior stand up forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast paced production based environment is a plus
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team
