Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks energetic, safety-minded individuals for the Forklift Operator role in our Beaver Dam facility. You will help_move materials, load and unload, and support production to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shift details: Tue and Fri, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) & ESOP, paid time off and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred; training and certification available
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift
• Sort and support; hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay clean and organized; maintain a safe, tidy workspace
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions

What Youll Be Doing

• Load & Unload with Precision


• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and loadunload trailers supporting our production teams


• Safety First Always Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift


• Sort & Support Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met


• Keep It Moving Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency


• Stay Clean & Organized Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace


• Lift & Move Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed


• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations


• Experience in a fast paced production based environment is a plus


• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred


• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team
